Peter D. Goodson and Donald J. Gogel have resigned as managing directors from Kidder, Peabody & Co. to join Clayton & Dubilier Inc., a private investment firm based in New York. Goodson and Gogel headed Kidder Peabody’s Merchant Banking Group and were members of the management committee.
