Republic Health Corp. said it has an agreement with HealthTrust Inc. to acquire Brotman Medical Center. Brotman is a 495-bed hospital in Culver City. Republic expects to form a limited partnership with local physicians as limited partners to complete the acquisition and operate the hospital. The acquisition is subject to securing financing and all necessary regulatory approvals.
