NATION : U.S. Secrets Tied to Nerve Gas Case

NEWARK, N.J. — Classified federal documents were found in the offices of a Korean-American businessman charged last week with trying to export large amounts of deadly nerve gas, officials said in court today in an effort to have bail kept at $2 million.
U.S. Customs agents searching the Summit import-export business of Juwhan Yun found lying on top of a desk papers in both Korean and English marked “classified and confidential,” Customs Agent Frank P. Ventura testified in U.S. District Court.
