Plane Crashes Into Wall After Losing Power; 2 Die

CHICAGO — A single-engine plane en route from Waukegan Airport lost power Saturday and crashed into a concrete wall at a lakefront water treatment plant about 2 miles short of Meigs Field, killing two people and injuring the pilot, authorities said.
