The cartoon by Marlette (Letters page, Jan. 14) paraphrases the shibboleth used by children in the game of tag for a century. “Ollie Ollie Oxen Free” is derived from the original “Everybody else in free.”
Of course, this still applies to Ollie North who is very likely to get off scot free. (A scot is an assessment or tax).
