WASHINGTON — The second suspect in a shooting spree that wounded four students at an affluent city high school surrendered to police Sunday without incident, authorities said.
The 16-year-old boy from southwest Washington turned himself in at the 2nd District police station, District of Columbia police spokeswoman Angua Brown said. Brown said she was unsure what charges will be filed against the juvenile, whose name was not released because of his age.
Early Friday, Rodney Reardon, 18, also of southwest Washington, was arrested and charged with four counts of assault with intent to kill in connection with the Thursday shooting of four Wilson High School students.
