Fatal Fire Traced to Iron

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Authorities on Sunday said a travel iron with a faulty cord, left plugged in by a guest, started a hotel fire that killed three people and injured 14 others late Friday. About 20 of the 190 people staying at the 126-room Hotel Bethlehem were temporarily displaced residents of a retirement complex that is being renovated.
