Construction Starts on Irvine Office Building

Work has started on the four-story, $15 million Watt Pacifica Plaza office building at the northwest corner of Barranca Parkway and Pacifica Street in the Irvine Spectrum business complex.
Completion of the project, being developed by W&S; Commercial Inc, of Irvine is set for July. Coleman/Caskey Architects Inc. of Irvine is the designer and Nielsen Contsruction Co. of Irvine is the contractor.
