Blue Cross of California promoted Ronald Williams to senior vice president of marketing and corporate services, making him chief marketing executive of the Woodland Hills health insurance concern.
Williams joined Blue Cross in early 1987 as vice president of corporate services. Previously he held marketing and management posts at Control Data Corp. and Vista Health Corp.
