Building Sells for $13.35 Million in San Diego

Chesapeake Park, a 90,855-square-foot building at 9665 Chesapeake Drive in the Kearney Mesa area of San Diego has been sold for $13.35 million to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Trust Services by Phase One Development Inc.
The three-story building on a 3.1-acre site under a 55-year ground lease from R.E. Hazard Contracting Co., is 95% leased. The transaction was arranged by Daum/Johnstown American in cooperation with the William R. Wood Co. and Hewett Co.
