Michele Hansen Installed by Apartment Assn.

Michele Hansen, Long Beach apartment investor, has been installed as 1989 president of the Apartment Assn./Southern California Cities.
New vice president is Henry Weiss, and treasurer is Clem Morin. John J. Seal remains the trade group’s executive director and corporate secretary.
New board members are Maurice Anderson, Maurice Benson, E. Woody Culp, Phil Dauk, Joe Huskins, Cliff Kohler, Frank Luer and Elaine Hutchison.
