Commercial Scene : Jamboree Center 20-Story Tower Opened Officially

The $85-million, 20-story Jamboree Center’s 5 Park Plaza has officially opened.
Developed by the Irvine Co., the 400,000-square-foot office tower marks completion of the second phase at Jamboree Center, a 46-acre project adjacent to the San Diego (405) Freeway at Jamboree Boulevard.
The new tower was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill of San Francisco. Tooley & Co. is handling leasing and management.
