Commercial Scene : Sony Buys Acreage for Expanded Plant

Sony Corp. of America purchased 32 acres in the 127-acre Rancho Bernardo Corporate Center in Rancho Bernardo for $14.320,000 from the Douglas Allred Co., according to Sony’s vice president of human resources, Mike Vigna. The property will be used for expansion of Sony’s nearby television manufacturing plant.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate services represented buyer and seller.
