Marja-Liisa Kirvesniemi of Finland won the women’s 20-kilometer freestyle and classic races in a World Cup cross-country meet in the Holmenkollen Ski Festival at Oslo, Norway.
Norway swept the men’s Nordic combined competition, with world champion Trond Arne Elden, 19, beating Trond Arne Bredesen and Knut Arne Apeland.
