Tiny Tim, the ukulele-strumming balladeer who shot to fame two decades ago with his version of “Tiptoe Through the Tulips,” plans to donate to New York’s Hard Rock Cafe his electric ukulele, which a spokesman says is the only one of its kind in the world. The presentation is set for Wednesday afternoon. Tiny Tim’s latest recording is called “I Saw Mr. Presley Tiptoeing Through the Tulips.”
