Spanish singer Julio Iglesias has been named a special representative of the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and has agreed to give 30 concerts over five years for the benefit of the organization. The initial concerts are planned for Paris and Madrid in November, followed by a third in Moscow before the end of this year.
