H. F. Ahmanson & Co. has named Jack A. Frazee as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 1, succeeding R. Calvin Wallace, who is retiring. Wallace will continue as a consultant to the company. Frazee previously was executive vice president and chief financial officer at Union Bank. H. F. Ahmanson & Co. is the parent company of Home Savings of America.
