Average Conejo Valley House Costs $463,673

The average price of a single-family house in the Conejo Valley was $463,673 for the month of February, the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors said.
A total of 136 houses were sold in February in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Agoura.
The board reported that 51 condominiums were sold in the month at an average price of $223,553.
There are no comparable figures for the same period a year earlier.
