Coldwell Banker Sued Over Computer Program

Integrated Marketing Systems, a Westlake Village real estate computer firm, has filed a $12-million suit against Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Co. for, among other things, copyright infringement and fraud.
IMS says it has developed a computer program designed for real estate offices and claims that Coldwell Banker is trying to develop computer software that is based on IMS’s program and that it has prevented IMS from marketing its computer program.
