Nexus U.S.A. Equities, an Irvine developer, sold the 11.8-acre Nexus Towne Center in Buena Park to Fullerton property owner and developer JVD Inc. for $14 million.
Nexus bought the 22-year-old center--whose stores total 150,000 square feet--in 1986. It was recently renovated.
