Advanced Real Estate Services Inc. has purchased the 296-unit Small World Apartments in Bellflower for $20.5 million.
El Toro-based Advanced, which specializes in the purchase and upgrading of apartment buildings, has renamed the project Sherwood Apartments and is conducting a major renovation of the complex.
