Commercial Scene : Old Law Firm Leases North Tower Floor

Chicago-based Keck, Mahin & Cate, a 103-year-old law firm, has leased 17,777 square feet of office space on the 25th floor of the North Tower at the Century Plaza Towers, Century City, for its Los Angeles headquarters.
Grubb & Ellis represented the law firm, and JMB Properties Co. represented the Towers in the five-year, $2.8-million transaction. The law firm opened a small office in Century City last summer.
