Lone Hill Partners, Ventura, of which Simpson Lloyd Development Group is the managing general partner, has announced that work is under way on Lone Hill Plaza, a 51,665-square-foot retail center on 5.15 acres at the northwest corner of Lone Hill Avenue and Arrow Highway, San Dimas.
McClellan Cruz Gaylord of Pasadena and Irvine designed the complex, valued at more than $7 million. The buildings will feature exterior white stucco walls, with red tile accent and red tile roofs, with wide canopy-covered sidewalks along the storefronts.
Coldwell Banker’s San Gabriel Valley office is handling the leasing. Available space in the center ranges from shops with 832 square feet to full building occupancies of 17,460 square feet or more.
