Commercial Scene : Infant Bedding Firm Rents Headquarters Site

Noel Joanna Inc., an Irvine-based manufacturer of infant bedding, has signed a $3.3-million lease for 52,000 square feet of industrial space at Avenida Empressa and Esperanza Avenue in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The firm will locate its corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility on the site. The Anaheim office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Noel Joanna and the owner of the property, McLachlan Investment Co., Newport Beach.
