Commercial Scene : Riverside Apartment Developments Sold

Three apartment complexes in Riverside have been sold by Senior Corp. of Miami Beach, according to The Hanes Co. Inc., which handled the transactions.
The 224-unit, 14-building Winwood complex was sold for $10,150,000 to Summerville/Jensen Trusts, a partnership; the 224-unit, two-story Stonewood building was sold to Bill Casas and John Uhl of Costa Mesa, and the 170-unit, two-story Oak Park building was sold to Robert Green of Lomita.
