“Generations,” a new daytime soap, joins the NBC lineup Monday at 11:30 a.m. on Channels 4, 36 and 39.
It’s the story of a white family, the Whitmores, and a black family, the Marshalls, whose lives have been linked for several generations in Chicago.
The serial was created by Sally Sussman, a former writer for “The Young and the Restless.”
