Vernon B. Schwartz has been named president and chief executive of Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corp., the San Francisco-based real estate subsidiary of Santa Fe Southern Pacific Corp. Schwartz formerly was executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Hahn Co., a San Diego-based developer and manager of shopping malls.
Schwartz replaces O.G. Linde, who has been appointed senior vice president of the parent company.
