Garrett Ineligible at Oceanside

Oceanside High athlete Jerry Garrett has been ruled academically ineligible for the second time this school year and will no longer compete in track.
Garrett, a star quarterback, was also ruled ineligible midway through last football season.
Garrett ran the 100 meters, long jumped and anchored the 400 relay before leaving the track team.
