Commercial Scene : JVD Pays $14 Million for Nexus Towne Center

JVD Inc., Fullerton, has paid $14 million to Nexus U.S.A. Equities for the 11.74-acre Nexus Towne Center, Buena Park. Merritt Real Estate Group, Los Angeles, represented Nexus U.S.A., and Coldwell Banker and Peter Bui represented JVD.
The 150,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at Lincoln and Knott avenues was built in 1957, and was purchased by Nexus U.S.A. Equities in 1986.
