William T. Brady, chairman and chief executive officer of Mission Viejo National Bank, has been named to the additional post of president. He fills a vacancy created last September when Jack R. Barnes left the bank. In addition, Mel Bohnet, the bank’s chief financial officer, was appointed senior vice president.
