Commercial Scene : TRM Manufacturing Buys Building in Buena Park

TRM Manufacturing has purchased a 45,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Buena Park from Knott Avenue Associates for $2.1 million.
The building, at 5650 Knott Ave., will be used by TRM to manufacture plastic products. The Los Angeles and Anaheim offices of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties in the transaction.
