Borden Inc., Columbus, Ohio, has signed a lease, valued at $2.1 million, for 14,400 square feet of space at 625 The City Drive, Orange, for a zone office for its Laura Scudder division.
The Anaheim office of Coldwell Banker represented both parties in the transaction. The lessor is City Centre II, Newport Beach.
