Burbank Man Fatally Stabbed at Restaurant

A 28-year old Burbank man was stabbed to death in the parking lot of a Santa Clarita restaurant Saturday night after quarreling with two men who apparently were harassing his girlfriend, authorities said Sunday.
Dennis Allen was stabbed once in the back in the parking lot of Mr. G’s Restaurant on Soledad Canyon Road. He died shortly afterward at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman said.
Allen was coming out of Mr. G’s Restaurant when he saw two men harassing his girlfriend, who was waiting for Allen in the car, Sgt. Mike Ford said.
The three men argued, and one man pulled out a knife and stabbed Allen, Ford said.
The two men, said to be between 25 and 30 years old, fled in a white pickup truck, officials said.
