UCLA assistant golf coach Raymond A. Snyder, 77, died suddenly Sunday. Snyder began teaching at UCLA in 1950 in the physical education department. He retired in 1979. Snyder was a volunteer assistant golf coach for more than 15 years. Services are set for noon Wednesday at the Bel Air Presbyterian Church.
