Veteran music industry executive Arlene Fishbach has been named president of the Clearing House, Los Angeles. The Clearing House helps television, motion picture, home video and commercial producers with music clearance and supervision services. Fishbach previously was vice president. Fishbach’s appointment follows the resignation of Ronald H. Gertz as president. Gertz, who remains a shareholder, will devote his time to new independent projects in the music business.
