Martin M. Jelenko has been appointed chairman of Home Group Capital Markets and Home Group Investment Corp., two new Los Angeles subsidiaries formed by the Home Group Inc. to provide investment banking services and to make direct investments in mid-size corporations. Jelenko previously was associate director of West Coast corporate finance for Bear Stearns & Co. in Los Angeles.
