LOCAL : $90,000 Fire Hits Reseda Mini-Mall

Fire inspectors are investigating the cause of a blaze that swept through a restaurant this morning and damaged adjoining stores in a Reseda mini-mall.
The fire started about 4 a.m. in Isaac’s restaurant in the 18500 block of Victory Boulevard and caused about $90,000 in damage, the Los Angeles Fire Department said. Three dozen firefighters controlled the blaze in 30 minutes. There were no injuries.
Fire damage was contained to the restaurant, but nearby shops were damaged by smoke, officials said. The cause was unknown.
