I’m furious! Can they do this to us? Voters chose clearly Proposition 103 instead of 104 very thoughtfully.
Unless Proposition 103 has been ruled as unconstitutional, I do not see how Sacramento has a right to ignore our votes and change the result as they please!
Assemblyman Johnston claimed this bill is different from Proposition 104. Too late! Californians voted in the last election to pass Proposition 103!
