Cheney on Gorbachev

All this talk about the first 100 days--the blind leading the halt sums it up. Cheney’s blast that Gorbachev’s days are limited is the latest abomination. Imagine the reaction of the hard-liners in the Kremlin--full speed ahead once again for the Cold War.
What we need in Washington is a cleanup crew to sanitize the depredations of the Reagan people. Instead we get Bush, Secretary of State James Baker, Vice President Dan Quayle and Cheney, a sure-fire recipe for disaster.
