Commercial Scene : Walnut Professional Center to Have October Finish

An October completion is planned for the $3-million, 19,000-square-foot Walnut Professional Center being built on Amar Road, east of Nogales Street in Walnut.
The two-story project, designed by Van Fossen & Partners Architecture, Newport Beach, is a joint venture of Pacific Development Partners, Beverly Hills, and G&W; Properties, West Hollywood. The leasing agent is Points West Commercial Investments Inc., Upland.
