Commercial Scene : Work Begun on Two Industrial Buildings

Construction is being started on two industrial buildings in the first phase of the $7-million Birtcher Valley Metroplex Industrial Park at 72-010 Varner Road, Thousand Palms.
The two structures on 34 acres will total about 40,000 square feet of leasable space. Move-ins in the multi-tenant buildings will take place in the summer.
