Final agreement on an alternative development and wetlands restoration plan for the Bolsa Chica area is expected at Monday’s meeting of the Bolsa Chica Planning Coalition, whose members include the city of Huntington Beach, Orange County, the State Lands Commission, primary property owner Signal Landmark and Amigos de Bolsa Chica, a wetlands preservation group.
