Parsons Corp., a Pasadena-based international engineering and construction group, announced that Ray W. Judson has been appointed president. William E. Leonhard, chairman and chief executive, also announced the following changes:
Chief Financial Officer Thomas L. Langford was elected to the board and promoted to executive vice president. Leonard J. Pieroni was promoted to executive vice president-director of business development. Robert B. Sheh replaced Judson as president of the Ralph M. Parsons Co. subsidiary, and William E. Hall was named senior vice president of RMP.
The RMP unit also announced the promotions of Dennis E. Pisula to vice president-petroleum and chemical division, and Sanford Holst to vice president and manager, management systems department.
