Diodes Inc., a semiconductor rectifier supplier in Chatsworth, announced that Maurice L. Muehle, who has been legal counsel to the company for almost 20 years, has been appointed to its board. He replaces Philip Frey Jr., president and CEO of Microsemi Corp., who resigned. Frey said his resignation was the result of an increasing personal and business load, and some possible conflict of interest in Microsemi’s acquisition and business direction.
