NATION : Cargo Plane Crashes; 3 Killed

DE KALB, Ill. — A sputtering DC-3 cargo plane crashed into a field near De Kalb today, killing all three people aboard.
The plane belonging to Condor Enterprise of Aurora crashed about 10:45 a.m. five miles southwest of the city, said Barbara Dettmer, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration.
Three bodies were recovered, but they have not been identified.
