Audiotronics Reports Loss of $352,000 in 3rd Quarter

Audiotronics said it lost $352,000 in the third quarter that ended March 31, compared to a $339,000 loss a year earlier. Sales in the period increased 13% to $1.6 million.
For the nine months, Audiotronics lost $869,000, compared to a loss of $788,000 a year earlier. Sales rose 9% to $4.4 million.
The North Hollywood company, which makes audio-visual products and programs for schools, has suffered recently from higher material costs and problems in getting parts.
