New Visions Entertainment has promoted Joseph Miller from assistant treasurer to vice president-finance and treasurer, following the departure of David Melamed as the company’s top financial officer. Before joining the Beverly Hills independent film production and distribution firm two years ago, Miller was a movie accounting consultant.
