Arabs Use Headlight to Tip Off Stone Throwers

JERUSALEM — Arabs in the Israeli-occupied territories are driving their cars with only one headlight at night to alert Palestinian stone throwers not to attack them, Israeli police said.
Authorities ordered police to stop all such cars following complaints from Jewish settlers, whose cars are freqent targets of stone throwers in the occupied West Bank.
