Commercial Scene : Home Savings Building to Be Finished in 1990

A first-quarter 1990 completion is scheduled for a $10.4-million, three-story office building under construction by Koll Construction Co., Los Angeles, for Home Savings of America.
The 69,000-square-foot building at Ventura Boulevard and Colbath Avenue, Sherman Oaks, will have 17,000 square feet for Home Savings, with the remaining office space available for lease, according to a spokeswoman for Beitler Commercial Realty Services, the leasing agent. The architect is Dworsky Associates, Los Angeles.
