Commercial Scene : Staedtler Purchases Industrial Building

Staedtler Inc. has purchased a 40,000-square-foot industrial building at 21900 Plummer St. in Chatsworth from the Burt Duze Co., developer of the 3-year-old property.
Burt Duze of the West Los Angeles office of Zugsmith, represented both parties in the $3.28-million transaction.
